I'm attempting to put together a PAX wardrobe with associated KOMPLEMENT parts, but actually acquiring them from IKEA seems to be impossible. After adding everything to my shopping cart(bag), I get the following results when I try to check out:

With delivery - Most of the parts I need are shown in a box with the message "The following items have limited stock available for delivery. Remove the unavailable articles to continue with this delivery option." This includes the PAX frames themselves.

With Collect From Store - This time, most of the parts I need are automatically removed from my order, listed in a box with "Product not available"

OK, so some things are not in stock now, NBD. But there also doesn't seem to be any way to order them? I called IKEA customer service, and the person I talked to seem confused that I wanted to special order things that were not in stock. She told me to keep checking back with the store to see when the things I need are back in stock?? I don't have time to do stock checks every day. Also, that's an insane customer service practice. So, fellow IKEA fans; How do I order out-of-stock items from IKEA so I can have them all delivered together, or pick them all from the store up at the same time?
