Click and Collect Order Unfulfilled

Hi all, I used a suggestion from this subreddit to help me snag a Click and Collect order on a Malm dresser that had been in and out of stock in my area for a while, so I hope you don't mind me looking for some help here, too.

After placing my order, I was given a time (10am-8pm last Friday) and told to wait for a notification that my order was ready for pickup. I took off from work for the day, as I was told I must pick up the dresser that day or my order would be cancelled. However, I never received notification that my order was ready, and it is still stuck at "Order Picking" status.

I realize now that I probably should have gone to IKEA that day to check on my order, but since I was explicitly told not to go until I received a notification, I didn't. Since last Friday I have received no update on my order and have had no luck contacting Customer Service.

Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!
