Ikea's non existent customer support
I recently had delivered a table top from Ikea that arrived damaged. I have since called Ikea several times a day for several days and they could not take my call, or put me into a que system like any other large business would, so I checked online and after finding a link to Ikea's website regarding missing or damaged parts, the email link takes you to a page that only lets you file for order cancellation, which filed for anyway to explain my situation in.
I know times are tough for people and businesses right now, but surely there is something Ikea can do to fix this situation. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do to get into contact with Ikea other than having to drive there my self
