The Trilogy Continues…

Earlier this morning the Man on the Moon himself announced the continuation of his iconic album trilogy “The Man on the Moon”. Kid Cudi released his debut album “Man on the Moon 1: The End of Day” in 2009 and shortly followed it up with “Man On the Moon, Vol 2: The Legend of Mr. Rager”, and now ten years later he returns to complete the trilogy. What story do you think he will tell with this one? Whatever it is, we can count on Cudi to be back with a new perspective but the same energy. His most recent album, “Passion Pain and Demon Slayin’” came shortly after he had completed his drug rehab in 2016 and his collaboration album “Kids See Ghosts” arrived in 2018, which Cudi says brought him back to the light and reconnected him with his happy self. With that being said, we will be getting the old fashion Cudi sound mixed with his new perspective on life and I can’t wait.

As of now, Scott has given many teasers through his own merch, Twitter and a YouTube video that surfaced this morning confirming the release of Man on the Moon 3. The video was a cinematic video featuring old clips from Cudi’s days with Man on the Moon 1 and 2, then continued to reveal new footage of Cudi showcasing a large blood moon as Cudi played a snippet of some unreleased music.
