Problem in New Yoga Slim 7 Laptop
Recently I bought a Yoga Slim 7 laptop found out the laptop has some display issue when using in night time, it gives some extra white light in the border of the screen. You can't easily observe this during day time, you need to run this test without any lights in the room, restart Yoga Slim 7 laptop and you can see the extra white light appearing from the top or bottom corner of the screen. It will not be visible if you have desktop background or lock screen image. If you have black solid color as background then you can the see extra light comes from corner of the laptop screen.
I was thinking the screen was not fit properly in that device and returned the laptop for warranty service analysis. After their analysis and approval got another Yoga Slim 7 laptop as replacement, unfortunately i ended facing the same problem having some extra white light appears in the corner of the screen. But this time in different spots. I have again returned the laptop for warranty services. They have escalated this Lenovo support with high priority as it appears to be a common issue observed. An awaiting the response from them. Could not believe facing such issue from Lenovo.
Weird no? Ayone else facing similar issue with Yoga Slim 7 or IdeaPad.
