After completing several interviews and submitting an Application for Employment form, the person who gave me a referral told me that they see that I'm selected for an offer on their referral dashboard.

But on my dashboard, the progress bar shows that I'm still at the interview phase.

It's only been two business days since submitting the Employment form so the dashboard might be updated soon (and hopefully I'll get an email from the recruiter if all goes well). Is there any reason to doubt that this might be a false alarm?
