Asking for advice in finding a DevOps role in Barcelona, Spain

Hope I'm posting in the right subreddit. If not my apology and if you can help direct me to the right one, it'd be greatly appreciated.
I'm looking to move to Spain sometime in the near future, after the pandemic. Currently working in NZ as an Intermediate Devops Engineer with over 3 years of experience and solid experience working with both AWS and Azure. Just wondering
- What is your experience like applying for a job in Barcelona?
- What should the salary expectation be?
- What are some of the companies that I could look into?
- How is the work-life balance in general?
