Horrible Experience with Click and Collect - Didn't receive items and wasn't given refund

Hi everyone -

I recently had a Click and Collect order at IKEA in Costa Mesa for a pick up at 5pm-8pm after finally seeing that the Linnmon/ALEX went back in stock so I went on the same day the stock replenished.

- I never received a notification about the order being finished and ended up going to IKEA at 7:30PM without a 2nd email (past store closing), waited 40 minutes, and my items were brought out

- I was only given the table top and 2 legs and I told the worker about this and he said that the ALEX drawers went out of stock, yet I never received any notification of this???

I ended up just taking the table top and two legs, but IKEA still never gave me any notification of the ALEX going out of stock and charged me for the entire table. Does anyone have any experience with this? I've contacted IKEA multiple times via social media, their emailing form, and I called their customer service pressing 4,3 and they led me to a dead number to sort it out. Not sure if there's anywhere else to go to talk to them? I'm worried that they don't have proof that I never picked up an ALEX and won't give me a refund/provide me the order when the drawers go back in stock.
