Hi, I ordered a desk and chair last month and was given a delivery date of January 9th.

Yesterday I got email and text saying that my order would be delivered today between 7am and 11am, and that I would be sent a link which would let me track my order.

It's 4pm now however and I was never sent a tracking link and my order didn't arrive. I went on the site and my order status is still on "we are preparing your order", it hasn't changed since I ordered it. I'm worried that my order hasn't even been picked yet or left the warehouse.

Their web chat is unavailable and their phone lines are down, so there's no one I can ask about my order.

Has anyone else in the UK experienced this or have any suggestions as to what I can do or how to contact IKEA?
