I attempted to order a dresser online this morning. When I get to the delivery option selection, I entered my zip code & got redirected to what was effectively a blank page. Just the header & footer appeared. I tried this with both Chrome & Edge with the same results. I tried calling customer service to order & regardless of the option I selected in the IVR tree, I wound up with "sorry, we can't take your call" and was disconnected. Email support is only for canceled orders. Looking through the other posts, looks like others are having similar experiences. What's going on?
