Lenovo Ideapad 330S Faulty Webcam
My Lenovo Ideapad 330S webcam started giving me troubles (the video would be distorted with grey lines) and later stopped working completely. My friend who had purchased the same laptop at a similar time was also facing the same issue. When the repair guy came to her place, he told her that this a problem with all units of this model. There is supposed to be a small part that holds the camera in place but is missing from the laptop units. Without this the camera doesn't work properly, and Lenovo being the shit company it is, continues to sell the same. Some time later, I also got my laptop repaired and this Lenovo technician too confirmed this malpractice.
Have any of you Ideapad 330S users faced the same problem with your webcam?
