Late last year I bought an IKEA mattress and bed frame. I realised the mattress is way to firm and making me ache. I contacted IKEA and arranged to exchange it for a different mattress. Only the exchange date came and the van didn’t turn up I contacted IKEA again who apologised and told me the mattress is now out of stock and I’d have to wait until February for an exchange! There was nothing I could do so excepted this. Only the Mattress was so unbearable I bought another one from somewhere else. Now I have another mattress arriving in February and the other IKEA mattress being taken away! Could I return the mattress I’m receiving in February for a refund if I’m getting through and exchange?
