Can't Boot into BIOS

TLDR: I turned off Hybrid mode while my GPU was disabled and now it only boots to a black screen. Can't boot to BIOS either

I bought a Lenovo Legion Y740 two weeks ago. I attempted to update the drivers for the RTX 2060 that came installed in the machine. I thought they were working without issue until today I could not launch a game as it said there had been a change and the drivers may need to be updated, I also couldn't display out to HDMI. I launched the device manager and it stated that my GPU was disabled as windows had detected a problem (error 43). I then attempted a system restore to before I updated the drivers. Upon reboot the GPU was still experiencing the same issue. I then made the mistake of turning off hybrid mode in Lenovo Vantage before restarting...

It now seems like the machine turns on but will not display anything it just shows a black screen. I've tried booting in safe mode both by holding F8, Fn + F8, etc, and it won't boot with a recovery drive either. The fans and lights turn on and it seems like it just isn't displaying anything.

I’ve pressed the BIOS button on the side with a paper clip and it reacts the same way. Is there any hope to get it booted to BIOS so I can turn hybrid mode back on? I don't understand why it can't boot to BIOS or safe mode? Even if the GPU was toast it shouldn't need it to boot into BIOS right?
