Advice for Entry-Level Client Facing Technical Support Dev Interview

I have an Entry-Level Client Facing Technical Support Dev interview this Friday (1/22/21) in the RTP, NC area. The position is supporting customers in the cloud environment and does not deal with writing code, but there's a chance I still might work with code (?) Will ask about it during the interview.

What I need advice on is what kind of topics to go over. Things I have or will review:

  • computer networking basics (OSI, TCP/IP, protocols, etc.)
  • Linux and networking in Linux
  • customer service questions/scenarios
  • casic programming topics (my resume and background is only web development stuff, so they might ask me on these stuff based on my resume)

Anything else I should review? Or just advice in general if you would like to give it.
