HARRISBURG, Pa. (KDKA) — The state House has given final approval to a bill that would give the victims of alleged child sex abuse a retroactive, two-year window to file civil lawsuits.

The measure, which would change Pennsylvania’s Constitution, now moves to the state Senate.

If approved, the measure would be added as a referendum to the ballot in the May primary.
