Switzerland’s Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) announced that the Swiss Federal Council has opened a consultation on the In Vitro Diagnostics Ordinance (IvDO) and the corresponding amendments to the Ordinance on Clinical Trials for Medical Devices (ClinO-MD).
