Two-acre, $9 million Plaza at Hazelwood Green opens to the public

The new, two-acre, $9 million The Plaza at Hazelwood Green has opened to the public on the site of the former LTV Steel plant.

Designed with recreational and relaxation in mind, the new plaza hosts a water feature consisting of 16,000 square feet of granite slabs. A solar canopy provides electricity for the site while doubling as a shaded space for visitors.
