NEW CASTLE, Pa. (KDKA) — Police say two people were killed and a third person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in New Castle.

On Wednesday, police were called to a house on Dewey Avenue in New Castle for the shooting.

One man was taken into custody following a SWAT standoff.

Police say there are multiple crime scenes on Dewey Avenue.
