EFRA has announced the cancellation of the 2021 European Nitro Buggy Championship which was to be held at the RC-Redován track in Spain. Here's a statement from Section Chairman, Carlos Gomez:

Many of you like us are eager learn what races we will be able to attend this year and whilst vaccinations are being rolled out and restrictions gradually lifted across Europe, the picture is constantly developing.
Unfortunately the speed on vaccinations is not the desired one nor the lifting on restrictions mainly at international travelling.
Redovan, Alicante, is located in one of the best areas of Spain in terms of Covid19 situation, but unfortunately travelling, mainly international travelling is rather restricted with possible requirements of quarantine involved. EFRA is working in constant communication with the Federations, Section Chairs and Race Organisers with this moving picture and we are sad to announce that the 1/8 IC Buggy EC will be cancelled for 2021 and the EC will be rescheduled for 2022.
We know many will be disappointed but as always our primary objective is to ensure safe and enjoyable events for all who take part. We now look to the rest of the summer calendar. The 1/8 Buggy Section is rather confident with our +40 EC event in Reding France next September.
