Nine sets date for virtual Upfront 2022
For the second year running annual Upfronts will be a virtual affair.
Nine is first to announce a date of Wednesday September 15 for advertisers and partners.
Despite hopes for a physical event in 2021, current COVID restrictions and border limits make that impossible.
Nine’s event, the first under new CEO Mike Sneesby, carries the theme “connect the dots” as it encompasses all its publishing arms: TV, digital, radio and print.
10 is also expecting a Virtual Upfront to come.
