Taking part this time around are Adam Peaty, AJ Odudu, Dan Walker, Greg Wise, John Whaite, Judi Love, Katie McGlynn, Nina Wadia, Rhys Stephenson, Robert Webb, Rose Ayling-Ellis, Sara Davies, Tilly Ramsay, Tom Fletcher and Ugo Monye. Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse all return to the judging desk, alongside Anton Du Beke, with Bruno Tonioli unable to appear for the second consecutive year due to Covid-related travel restrictions. Reigning champion Bill Bailey also returns to the dancefloor, and there is a musical performance by Anne-Marie.

9.30pm When Nirvana Came to Britain BBC Two - Documentary examining the band's visits to the UK between 1989 and 1994, with contributions by former members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic. The programme charts Nirvan's rise from performing in pubs and tiny venues through to their legendary and infamous TV appearances on programmes such as The Word and Top of the Pops - moments that helped to cement their status as one of the biggest rock bands on the planet and brought grunge culture to the mainstream.

9.30pm The Murder of Mountbatten: Minute by Minute Channel 5 - The events surrounding the killing of Louis Mountbatten in August 1979, when his boat was blown up at sea by the IRA off the west coast of the Republic of Ireland. Royal insiders, local journalists and victims' family members recall the attack minute by minute, revealing how Thomas McMahon slipped onto the unguarded Shadow V at night to plant the bomb. The programme also considers Mountbatten's legacy, and how the tragic circumstances of his death never eclipsed his status as one of the most significant and influential royal family members of the 20th century.

7.30pm The Sun: Who Cares Wins Channel 4 - Award ceremony celebrating the healthcare heroes who have helped the public through one of the most difficult years in living history, and deserve to be recognised for their achievements. The evening of moving stories and music features a host of big-name stars, including David Beckham, Kate Garraway, Bill Bailey, Trevor McDonald and many more.

9.00pm Sean Connery: The Man & the Movies Channel 5 - A profile of the Oscar-winning actor, examining the journey that took him from a humble childhood in an Edinburgh tenement to a life on the A-list and Hollywood superstardom. Connery shot to fame as the original James Bond, and his performance set the benchmark against which all subsequent 007s are judged, while the programme also shows how he was eventually able to reinvent himself on screen and show audiences what a versatile and talented actor he was.

9.00pm Rifkin on Rifkin: Private Confessions of a Serial Killer Sky Crime - Through newly revealed interviews from Attica Correctional Facility, New York's most prolific serial killer, Joel Rifkin, reveals exclusive insights into the mind of a monster.

8.00pm Don't Tell the Bride Revisited E4 - Catching up with people featured on the show, with couples, best men, bridesmaids and family members looking back on their unconventional big days. In the first edition, Ellis and Luke are joined by best man Afro and the bride's straight-talking mum Dee to look back on their unforgettable rave wedding in 2013.

9.00pm Manhunt: The Night Stalker ITV - Second series of the true-crime drama series starring Martin Clunes as DCI Colin Sutton. DCI Colin Sutton is asked to review the police investigation into a series of rapes, sexual assaults and burglaries that took place in south-east London between 1992 and 2009. Working with Det Supt Simon Morgan and the Operation Minstead team, the detective proposed a strategy he believed could catch one of Britain's most prolific rapists. The four episodes are airing across the week at 9.00pm with the series concluding Thursday at 9.00pm.

9.00pm Catching Britain's Speeders Channel 5 - Nicky Campbell narrates a look at how the nation's roads are policed, joining Cheshire's elite team of motorway officers as they crack down on Britain's worst drivers. In the opening edition, Amy Hollis is on the hunt for a drunk driver who has been on a late-night wrecking spree through the streets of Chester, leaving a trail of damage to parked cars.

9.00pm Hawking: Can You Hear Me? Sky Documentaries - The life and career of Stephen Hawking, exploring the remarkable story of a man who became one of the most famous physicists of the 20th century.

10.35pm Nowhere to Run: Abused By Our Coach BBC One - Broadcaster and journalist Charlie Webster speaks about the sexual abuse she suffered as a child, when she and other members of her all-girls running club in Sheffield were assaulted by their coach. Charlie left Sheffield and didn't speak to anyone from the club again. To this day she doesn't know what they went through. Now she wants to find out - she's finally ready to talk to them, but she doesn't know if they'll talk to her.

10.50pm The 73rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards Sky Showcase - Cedric the Entertainer hosts the ceremony celebrating the best in American TV from the past 12 months, held at the Event Deck at LA Live in Los Angeles.

Love on the Spectrum - Netflix - Second series of the sweet-natured Australian reality show that follows people on the autistic spectrum as they search for romance. 

8.00pm The Great British Bake-off Channel 4 - Culinary competition in which amateur cooks compete in a variety of culinary challenges, hoping to be crowned Britain's best amateur baker. Contestants create a wide range of sweets and pastry dishes, before judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith cast a critical eye over their efforts. Each week, the bakers must prepare their own take on a tried-and-tested recipe, complete a technical challenge with minimal instructions, and finally pull out all the stops to create an outstanding showcase of their talents.

Channel 5 - In a follow-up to the previous feature-length documentary, The Abduction of Milly Dowler, this documentary examines the crimes of serial killer Levi Bellfield, who was convicted of the abduction and murder of schoolgirl Milly Dowler, and questions how this a prolific and notorious criminal managed to remain free for so long. Using new evidence, which suggests that Bellfield has an offending history even longer than previously thought, the programme explores his dark past, and asks how many other violent crimes he might have committed.

10.00pm One Stop Wedding Shop E4 - Cameras follow life inside a bespoke wedding boutique and on-site salon where a team of experts come to the rescue of brides and grooms in need.
