is in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till October 7, even though no drugs were found from him during the rave party on Saturday, according to his lawyers.

As per news agency IANS report,  took permission from the NCB to meet his son, and reportedly, Aryan broke down before him as the father and son had an emotional meeting. 

Aryan Khan was arrested along with 10 others at a rave party. 

Munmun Dhamecha, Arbaaz Merchant, Vikrant Chhoker, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaiswal, and Gomit Chopra, and many others were taken in the custody by the second NCB operation abroad the cruiser on Monday (4th October). 

In the past one and a half years, the NCB has been tracking the alleged 'drug mafia' nexus in the Bollywood industry and several celebrities, accused to be in possession of illegal substances, have been taken in for questioning. 

The NCB has conducted many raids at many  houses during these months and some have been detained for questioning.  

In an interview with TOI, Zonal Director of NCB Sameer Wankhede said, “We are doing our job. There is a rule and it should be followed by everyone. It is the same for all. Everyone is equal in front of the law and just because someone is famous we should let them go free. Why should celebrities don’t follow those rules and why should they walk away scot-free? Famous doesn’t give them the right to violate the rules? If we see a famous person breaking the law, we shouldn’t do anything about it? Should I only run after the drug peddlers and conduct my operations and raids in slums alone?”

Making another crucial point, Sameer pointed out that the NCB is hard at work all year and makes several arrests and carries out raids constantly, however, only those cases with celebrities involved are noticed.
